Mediation and Arbitration proceedings can provide parties with efficient, flexible, and inexpensive final resolution methods for business disputes.

Arbitration is the submission of a dispute to one or more impartial persons for a final and binding decision, known as an "award." Awards are made in writing and are generally final and binding.

Mediation is an assisted communication to reach an agreement involving an impartial third person. The mediator does not have the authority to make a final or binding decision, hence resolution of the dispute is solely up to the parties.
